Perform a manual PRIME-X Flush at least once a month, taking approximately 10 minutes, as recommended by CUCKOO. Follow the manual for flushing and timer settings. Confirm service visits separately.
Before installation or delivery
- Confirm access to the main incoming water supply.
- Check the operating pressure of 0.1–0.5 MPa with the installer.
- Provide flushing drainage and service access.
- Confirm pipe connections and any additional work.
Understand the plan
Confirm contract duration, service period, warranty and any additional installation work before agreeing. There is no processing fee.

Is PRIME X3 a drinking-water dispenser?
No. It is an outdoor filter on the main water supply. It does not provide hot or cold water like an indoor dispenser.
